When I started reading about the benefits of Cloves, I immediately went to the herb store and got some. A one ounce bag of bulk cloves was just 2 bucks and change.
This morning I started the day with a nice cup of clove tea, with a few Fennel seeds added in.
Then I tried the tea poured over ice cubes and added a wedge of lime. A nice caffeine free alternative to regular tea. Very refreshing for a hot summer day.
And sure enough when I went to workout yesterday, the place was full to capacity. I had to squeak into the corner to find room in the exercise class.
